- Please email or contact us with your nominated credit card details including card number, expiry date and name of the card holder. We accept Visa, Master, American Express and Diners Cards. However, please note that there is a 3% surcharge with the use of Amex. or Diners cards.
- Where special or standby rates/packages have been offered, full payment is required upon confirmation and no cancellation and/or refunds and/or change of booking date/s is permissible under any circumstances.
- To proceed with your reservation please contact us via. Phone /fax or email and provide us with your nominated credit card details so that may process the required deposit. Upon receipt of your deposit we will forward you an email confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
- For any cancellation of the booking on or after the date of scheduled arrival you will be charged for the full value of the accommodation booked. All cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged accordingly.
- Where special or standby rates/packages have been offered, there will be no refund of any deposit payment/s made and/or changes of booking dates under any circumstances. All cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged accordingly
No cancellation is available for any therapeutic treatments booked in our private day spa, any outstanding charges shall be charged directly to the guest account on departure.
