Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation of bookings less than fourteen (14) days from the date of scheduled arrival shall attract forfeiture of 50% deposit paid. For any cancellation of bookings on or after the date of scheduled arrival you will be charged for the full value of the accommodation booked. All cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged accordingly.

- Where special or standby rates have been offered, there will be no refund of any deposit payment/s made and/or changes of booking dates under any circumstances.
