Enjoy a Christmas a la carte lunch whilst overlooking the amazing Jamison Valley. The children will also enjoy a special visit from Santa.

Coconut jap pumpkin soup with house smoked salmon
Slow cooked pork belly with chestnut puree & glazed star anise
Heirloom tomato, buffalo boconcini salad with finger lime sorbet

Slow-cooked turkey tenderloin, roasted pumpkins, brussels sprouts, fig stuffing and herb sauce
Rice crusted Tasmanian salmon with rocket, feta, grilled vegetable with basil and lime dressing
Double roasted duck with baby cucumber, ecshalot pancake and hoisin glaze
Char grilled tenderloin, baby carrot, buttered asparagus, glazed eshallot 
with potato fondant and red wine jus
